3.2 When you book a call:

• Whatever Cal.com collects when you schedule (name, email, time preferences)
• Cal.com has their own privacy policy - go read it if you're curious

3.3 When you browse our website:

Google Analytics:

• Pages you visit, how long you stay
• What device and browser you're using
• General location (city-level, not your exact address)
• IP address (anonymized)

PostHog:

• User behaviour and interaction patterns
• Feature usage analytics
• Session recordings (anonymized)

Microsoft Clarity:

• Heatmaps showing how people interact with the site
• Session recordings to understand user experience
• Click and scroll patterns

3.4 What we DON'T collect:

• Credit card info (we handle payments through proper payment processors)
• Unnecessary personal data

4. Why we collect this stuff

4.1 Email communication:

So we can talk to you about projects, answer questions, and not lose track of conversations.

4.2 Analytics:

To understand if our website actually works, what pages people care about, and how to make it better. We're not stalking you - we're just trying to build a decent website.

4.3 Booking data:

So we don't double-book calls and actually show up when we say we will.

5. What we do with your data

• We respond to your emails
• We show up to scheduled calls
• We analyze website traffic to improve the site
• We store project-related communication for reference

5.1 What we DON'T do:

• Sell your data to anyone
• Spam you with marketing you didn't ask for
• Share your info with random third parties
• Use it for anything sketchy

6. Third-party services

We use:

• Google Analytics - for website analytics
• PostHog - for website analytics and user behavior insights
• Microsoft Clarity - for user experience insights
• Cal.com - for scheduling
• Email hosting provider - for email (obviously)

These services have their own privacy policies. They're reputable companies, but read their policies if you want details on how they handle data.

7. Your rights

If you're in the EU or a region with similar data protection laws, you have these rights:

• Access: Ask us what data we have about you
• Rectification: Tell us to fix incorrect data
• Erasure: Ask us to delete your data (unless we legally need to keep it)
• Portability: Get your data in a usable format
• Object: Tell us to stop processing your data
• Withdraw consent: Change your mind about us using your data

Regardless of where you are, we'll honor reasonable requests about your data.

8. How long we keep your data

• Email conversations: Until the project is done plus a reasonable period for records (usually a few years)
• Analytics data: As long as the respective service keeps it (check their policies for specifics)
• Booking data: As long as Cal.com keeps it

If you ask us to delete your data, we will (unless we legally can't).

9. Security

We use standard security practices to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we're not careless with your information.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and post the new version here. Major changes? We'll probably mention it somewhere obvious.
